Recognizing that it is the person who runs the competences, my courses or workshops are always characterized by great participatory activity in the form of exchange of experience or discussions in smaller groups, exercises and assignments individually and in groups as well as work with cases - preferably staged with assistance. by the contestants or hired actors.

In addition, I thrive in active committed communities, so when I create this I experience the greatest job satisfaction.

Transfer and implementation
In my work, I am constantly focusing on creating transfer using pre- and post-assignments, as well as from the very beginning to clarify what exactly is the goal at the behavioral level, so it is clear what we are looking for.
